No, they copied the Super Articulation technology and the Mega Voices of Tyros 1 and 2 but the SA 2 sounds of Tyros 3 are missing.
The new Styles are also missing.
But I think the piano Sound is the same.
The CVP 409 is a brilliant Instrument with a great sound system based on Piano feeling.
