Sort of ache when at the piano for so long

It might sound like a dumb question but there are times when I am at my digital home piano yamaha I feel like I am slouching over when I am trying to learn a new piece and I know this is wrong so I try to sit up tall and proud. The problem is that I think in the lower part of my back I get this sort of ache when at the piano for so long and I feel this is a sort of reason why I don’t play it as much because it feels uncomfortable at the moment.
But this is where all you great guys come in!
Basicly I would like some basic back exercises to be suggested for me so I can strengthen it and hopefully in time I will just sit up straight automaticly at the piano.
Some of you might already know I am Blind so I hope when people right giving tips and tricks that they can be as discriptive as possable so I can get a visual idea in my head and go away and practice this dayly and hopefully it will become second nature!
If people want me to be more discriptive then by all means let mme know and I will try my best to describe further. But for now I just want basic ideas on how to use the correct back posture when at the digital home piano yamaha.
