Customize To Your Heart’s Content
With the RD-GX Piano Designer feature you can get inside each instrument featured on the RD-700GX and customize its sound to suite your particular tastes and application. There are many aspects of each instrument sound that can be adjusted, aspects such as: damper resonance, hammer noise, duplex scale and more.
And if you really want to tweak the sounds and give them the good old ‘synth treatment’, the 700GX comes with powerful multi-effects onboard which can run in up to eight channels.
MIDI Control
Speaking of MIDI, the Roland RD700GX can be used as a master MIDI controller through the addition of up to two Roland SRX expansion boards. roland rg-7. These boards allow you to control just about every aspect of the performance via three MIDI outputs and they come complete with multi-zone functionality.
USB Connection
The Roland RD-700GX comes equipped with a USB port that enables you to connect the unit to your PC or plug in memory sticks. The 700GX is bundled with Roland’s Cakewalk SONAR LE software that allows you to connect it to your PC for full music creation synchronization.
As for the memory sticks, the USB port lets you plug in a whole host of files for playback through the keyboard, and with the Audio Key feature controlling functions such as, start song, song length, is easily done via the bottom 15 keys. fantom g8 roland.
