I bought this bench for my studio/music room and I love it. It’s very comfortable and I love how it folds up easily and compactly. The cushion is thick and the construction seems simple, durable and rugged. They look pretty sharp and it gives my music room the appearance of a dedicated all-about-business music room, more so than the chairs I used to have. I’m about to buy two more because they are perfect for playing an instrument while sitting.

Purchased for 13-year old daughter to use with her Yamaha keyboard. Height and construction are great. It’s a good bench and I’m happy with the product.

The cheapest product is usually considered first by many consumers. This product is in fact the same as the PKBB1, but costs less. The whole strategy here is to draw both the consumers that are willing to pay for the regular price and believe that that product will be much better, and also to draw the consumers who are more of savers and will pick the one that costs less. In reality they are both picking the same product. That way Yamaha can win more customers and outperform their rivals like Casio. Buy this one instead.

I read other reviews of how the bench would not be adjusted for them. I am 5′ 8″ and I think that it is very adjustable. It has a firm and sturdy feel to it. I found it capable of being adjusted to my comfort level and my child’s level.

The product arrived promptly and we had no trouble setting it up. It was exactly what we wanted for my six year old son to practise the piano.

I bought this bench looking for a match for the PKBB1 bench that came with my keyboard. A couple of the amazon reviews said that it was the exact same bench, but it’s not. The foam pad on this one is not quite as thick or firm and the heights are slightly different at each adjustment level.
Overall, it is a great bench for the price, but if you are looking for an exact match for the PKBB1, don’t get this one.

I ordered the Yamaha PKBB1MM for my seven year old daughter, and she loves it! The bench is a well put together product and is easy to set up. And, you can’t beat the price. . . .

I bought this electronic piano bench for my ten year old son who plays the piano at least an hour a day. It is the perfect size and is very comfortable for him. It is also adjustable so works well for the rest of the family.

The bench is great, plenty of adjustments. The original bench came damaged, however, the people at J&R were amazing, specially Barbara (great accent) they replaced the damaged bench asap. I didn’t think there were such nice people in customer service anymore. Thank you
