This is a heavy-duty stand, very sturdy. It was pretty easy to assemble. The only thing I would warn against is that it’s designed for a high stool and not for use with a standard chair. I expected to be able to adjust the legs as desribed in the details, which is true, however, the adjustment is limited. I would still recommend purchasing this stand if your looking for an inexpensive, sturdy, well-designed keyboard stand.

For the money, you can’t go wrong. This thing is actually way sturdier than I expected, and seems like it’ll last forever. Locks in a bunch of positions, and is rock solid. Amazon shipped it in a _gigantic_ box for some odd reason, but the shipping is free so who cares? Jam out, dude.

Let me first start by saying the stand was indeed a pain to put together…It didn’t take me too long though (35 minutes or so), but like the other reviewers said, the directions arent the clearest, and you do have to stare at the picture…intently…to figure it out…but it is defiantely do-able. As far as the quality of the stand goes, IT’S EXCELLENT!!! The stand is extremely sturdy; I’ve had it for about 2 months now with no problem. I noticed some people were a bit peeved because the keyboard is advertised as a Yamaha product, and some people said it didnt fit their Yamaha keyboards. The product is definately NOT a Yamaha brand stand, the logo is no where to be found on the actual product. However, it fits my M-Audio 88-key keyboard just fine. False advertising, bit of a pain to put together, but still a great stand at a great price!

Great product, If you need instructions to put this item together you should not be working. Its a no brainer set-up and its very sturdy, with nice adjustment guage.
Cons – I just wish it went 1 notch lower ~_~ would have been perfect in my situation but still gets a 5 star for the price and situation I was in =)

A good stand for the price, although a little hard to put together. Fits my ypt-200 perfectly, it looks a lot better on the stand than sitting on a bookcase.

At first I thought it was going to be complicated to put it together but it was not. When I had it completed it felt sturdy and looked really nice, is also very practical to change the height for the keyboard.

This stand is very sturdy, adjustable, and not so complicated to put together, although the instructions could have been more detailed. The double X frame is great for my 11yr old.
I paid less than I would of at a retail store.
