Should i buy a digital home piano or a keyboard?
I am taking piano classes. I don’t know what kind of instrument to buy. A digital home piano or a keyboard. Can you tell me which one is better for my purpose and what is the actual difference between these two?
Thank you

If you’re taking piano classes, you should undoubtedly purchase a digital piano. The difference between a keyboard and a digital piano is the action in the keys. Action refers to the reaction and feel of the keys to your touch. Trust me, you’re going to want to learn on a digital piano, which simulates a real piano’s feel, unlike a keyboard, which usually does not simulate feel at all. The other two answers don’t know what they’re talking about (unless you want to get a grand piano, which would be preferable). Try going for a Yamaha Clavinova or Privia 575.
