Roland HP 1900G Digital Piano

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot a DIGITAL PIANO??? It’s a Roland HP 1900G and it won’t produce sound….. I think it is a software or hardware problem because it WILL play the metronome, but the sounds are not the right ones (it goes drum drum drum ting~ (this ting is late by the way)) it’s supposed to be click click click ting. I know the chances are remote that anyone knows, but any suggestions?
